Once you have a downloaded a hard copy of the Trade Application form, please ensure that all sections are fully completed and signed. The forms must be signed by a Director, an authorised officer of the company or the proprietor or partner.

 

The completed Trade Application should then be returned, along with a copy of your VAT certificate and other required documentation as listed on the form to:
HSC, Unit 23 Branksome Business Park, Bourne Valley Road, Poole BH12 1DW.

 

Then just leave the rest to us - we will process your application form and contact you shortly.
