Please be aware Orange’s business connection support teams have advised they are extremely busy at present. This may mean that connections may fall out of the 24hr SLA.
All connection/upgrades requests for less than 10 (apart from BES connections) should be processed over the phone or using Enable.
This will help Orange speed up SLA times so Orange can concentrate on ensuring larger connections are processed ASAP.
