Subject: The HSC telephone service is experiencing a technical fault

Please only contact your HSC Account Manager via the main number 0844 875 0000.

This is due to a technical issue  with our service provider whereby calls made from mobile carriers are failing to connect to direct dial numbers. Our service provider is working hard to remedy this fault and we hope to have an update this afternoon


We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and will advise as soon as issue is resolved.
