  • 80% OF YOUR NEW PAY MONTHY CONNECTIONS MUST BE O2
  • MINIMUM 75 NEW O2 CONTRACT CONNECTIONS PER QUARTER (20% MAY BE MBB)
  • CHURN SUB 12%
  • AVERAGE £40 ARP
  • SUB 2% NEVER PAID
  • 90% ON 24 MONTH CONTRACTS
  • MINIMUM OF 30% OF YOUR NEW CONNECTIONS SHOULD BE CONVERGED
  • CUSTOMER SATISFACTION INDEX = TO OR > DIRECT
